We will return phone calls, e-mails, texts and faxes and any correspondence as soon as possible including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Budget Management– We are accountable to you. We will manage your budget responsibly, efficiently and effectively. We will administer and report on all expenses, contracts and agreements monthly or quarterly involved with the client’s project. We will provide our best estimates in advance. If the scope of the project budget changes, we will notify you immediately so that you can decide whether we should exceed budget levels.
• Information– We will keep you apprized of project assignments, budget and deadlines via phone, text, email or fax. Let us know the level of detail you want and/or need! We recommend regular monthly meetings for many of our clients.
