Ms. Morton is a 25-year Private Detective, OSHA 30 Certification recipient, Health and Safety/Compliance Officer and Human Trafficking Recovery Agent. Whom as a Private Detective has conducted over 7,000 Investigations and over 1,000 surveillance’s and over 50 Human Trafficking Recoveries, recovering over 5,000 men women and children to date.
Ms. Morton is a dynamic sought after speaker lecturing in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Denver, Seattle, Toronto, London, Dubai and Vancouver to name a few. She is President and owner of K.N.O.W. LLC Sports & Entertainment Group working with hundreds of current, retired and athletic draft-picks, providing Investigations, cyber security, business due-diligence, business development, social media services, branding and marketing services to the NFL, NBA, MLB, A-list Celebrities and the entertainment community.
In addition, Ms. Morton is owner of Vanguard Int’l, a Risk Management Insurance Claims Investigation firm providing services such as Homicide, Arson, Missing Persons, Accidents, Workers Compensation and Claims Investigation services to national and global insurance companies, City, State, National and Government Agencies, Risk Management Divisions and Corporations.Â
Ms. Morton worked five years as a consultant for the entertainment division for Mid-America Capital, a multi-billion dollar venture capital firm. During her tenure at Mid- America Capital, Ms. Morton raised over $350 million dollars in Angel, Private and Equity funding for various domestic and international independent films and business ventures.
In October 2022 NAWRB awarded her a leadership award for her work in Human Trafficking Advocacy. In January 2021 she was featured in “Success Sisters Magazine” as one of the top 50 Entrepreneurs in the country to watch in 2021. In 2020 she was selected as one of the “World’s Greatest Women “and featured on their podcast and TV show .Ms. Morton’s company was selected as an award-winning female owned company by the Governor’s office of Georgia and is an Alumnus of the Governors Mentor ProtĂ©gĂ©e Program an exclusive business incubator and was selected and completed Ted Turner’s Emerging Leaders Executive Program.
In addition, for over 20 years Ms. Morton is Co-Executive Producer in MMG, LLC, a TV & Film development production company working with hundreds of writers, directors and producers packaging films, series and documentaries for theatrical & digital release formats. She is currently on-air Crime Expert Commentator for Jupiter Entertainments “Sins of the City”, “Fatal Attraction”, “Payback”, “Celebrity Crime Files” and “For My Man” on TV One. Ms. Morton is a groundbreaker as the first “Black Female Private Detective” to be featured in a new Investigative true crime TV series to debut in 2026 as she looks for missing women around the country suspected to have been trafficked or murdered.
Ms. Morton attended Ohio State University as a Criminal Justice Major and Psychology Minor. For 20 plus years her unparalleled passion and proven skills in Investigations, Crisis and Risk Management and overall impeccable business acumen, is why she is proud to have served as an Investigative consultant to numerous City, State and National governmental agencies.
She is a member of The National Business Women Executives and Atlanta Women’s Business League and is an Advisory board member on several fortune 500 corporation boards and Entertainment studio boards. Mr. London has over 30 year’s experience in the film, television and music industry. Mr. London currently serves as CEO/Publisher of Urban Network Entertainment overseeing social network strategies, internet radio placement, viral operations, and campaigns, independent Label set-ups and virtual record labels.
Prior to that he was Sr VP at A&M Records and VP of Marketing at RCA Records and worked at Motown Records as a VP of Marketing and Sales from 1969 to 1990. Mr. London is recognized as one of the 50 most influential African-American entertainment executives in the U.S. by Black Enterprise Magazine.
Mr. London has an illustrious career as an executive producer of numerous films and soundtracks including “Lady Sings The Blues”, “Mahogany”, ”Do The Right Thing”, “House Party”, “Trouble Man” and “The Big Chill” to name a few and has worked with legendary artists such as Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, Barry White, Mint Condition, CeCe Peniston and Grammy award winning producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

Erica Matthews
Erica Matthews is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the K.N.O.W LLC business and client relation center. Which includes the coordination and implementation of all program activities and services and for managing the reporting and outcomes. She is the direct supervisor of all program and administrative staff and consultants.
Ms. Matthews is the immediate past president of the Georgia Economic Business Counsel where her focus was expanding and enhancing small business enterprises through certification, education and access to corporate partnership opportunities.
She was a certified Senior Project Manager who worked in the field of information technology for more than ten years, starting her career as an Electrical Engineer for AT&T prior to moving to Hewlett Packard Corporation.
Ms. Matthews holds an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Georgia State University along with a B.S. in Mathematics from the University Of Georgia and a B.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

He is a registered representative with the National Basketball Players Association, National Football Players Association, Major League Baseball Players Association and the National Collegiate Athletic Association. He is a graduate of Yale University and holds a B.S. in Psychology.
